Physical working conditions are one of the most important factors in the macroergonomic system. Clean, tidy, well-organized, and pleasant conditions will automatically create a good atmosphere that supports the work process. Time, raw materials, and wasted space can be eliminated to achieve better improvements in working conditions. A good principle or working condition should include cleanliness, proper placement of equipment, process prioritization, and assurance that work processes can run efficiently and effectively with safety. One of the tools to create a comfortable work environment is by evaluating and reviewing 5S and kaizen. methods known as Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu Shitsuke, Continuous Improvement Cycle, Quality is Punch, Market, Upstream Management, Voice by Data, and variability control and prevention. These methods are several stages in managing workplace conditions that impact job effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This research is conducted to address the aforementioned issues. With evaluation and review of the system based on a participatory approach, especially macroergonomics, this research will present ways to evaluate and review the production workplace at CV. XYZ. The purpose of this research is to analyze 5S and kaizen evaluation and review as efforts to effectively improve working conditions.
