Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is one of the companies engaged in the Aircraft industry. Rejection in production that occurs in the company is still high, which is 21.50% of part of the total rejection in 2021-2024, until now the quality control carried out by the company is considered not to be optimal in controlling the number of rejections produced, because the number of rejections is still high, therefore effective quality control is needed. In this study, the Failure Mode Effect And Analysis method was used to identify the rejection that occurred. FMEA is used to determine and multiply the severity (Severity), Occurrence rate, and detection rate (Detection), so that the highest Risk Priority Number value that occurs in PT Dirgantara Indonesia is obtained in the Reject Ref D-Nose with an RPN value of 126. The largest RPN must immediately take corrective action. So that this Reject occurs due to Human
