PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI UPTD PUSKESMAS SUKARAJA

Sukaraja Health Center as a basic health service unit, plays an important role in providing quality services to the community. However, there are indications that the organizational culture at the Health Center does not fully support optimal service performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews involving 60 respondents. Path analysis was used to identify the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant influence on employee performance with an adjusted R² of 0.050, which means that organizationalculture affects employee performance by 5%, while 95% is influenced by other factors. Although the organizational culture at the Sukaraja Health Center was considered good by respondents, these results indicate the need for further improvement to ensure that organizational culture can support the achievement of optimal employee performance. This study provides important insights for Health Center managers to improve organizational culture and improve the quality of employee performance at the Sukaraja Health Center.
