In order for the implementation of teacher selection to run, this makes the need for a decision support system that is able to provide assessment consistency with the application of normalization and provide convenience in the results of the scores that will be determined from each criterion. By applying the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, it is possible to determine the best alternative by looking at the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. This system is also useful for schools in determining and calculating scores in determining teachers who are worthy of awards in the selection of outstanding teachers. This system has also been designed dynamically so that it can make it easier for school principals to determine criteria according to the school year. This is supported by the results of the system testing using beta conducted with 6 respondents, indicating that 83.3% of users agreed that the system was easy to use, while 66.6% considered the information provided satisfactory. This system effectively reduces subjectivity in decision-making and provides a faster and more efficient assessment process compared to the manual file-based selection method previously used at SMPN 9 Tasikmalaya.
I Eka Mulyana R Ema Jatnika Rinaldi Satia Aulia Rahmat Copyright (c) 2025 I Eka Mulyana R, Ema Jatnika, Rinaldi Satia Aulia Rahmat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-01-01 2026-01-01 3 2 71 78 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4154 Trends in AI-Generated Graphics Research: Bibliometric Analysis of Publication 2020-2025 https://journal.angga.us/index.php/jesii/article/view/4218
This study aims to identify trends and developments in scientific research on AI-generated graphics during the period 2020–2025 using a bibliometric approach. The analysis focuses on publication trends, institutional and country collaborations, thematic distributions, and research network visualizations. Bibliometric data were collected from the Scopus database, resulting in 4,968 scientific documents retrieved using keywords such as “AI-generated graphics,” “text-to-image,” “DALL-E,” “Stable Diffusion,” and “Midjourney.” The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence, co-authorship, co-citation, and bibliographic coupling. The results show a significant increase in publications, with a notable peak in 2024. China emerged as the leading contributor, followed by the United States, supported by major research funding institutions such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Thematic analysis indicates a shift from GAN-based models toward diffusion-based text-to-image models, accompanied by growing attention to semantic, ethical, and social issues. Network visualization reveals ten major research clusters, including health, digital arts, and computer vision. Unlike previous bibliometric studies that primarily focus on general artificial intelligence or isolated generative models, this study provides a comprehensive and up-to-date mapping of AI-generated graphics research by integrating technological evolution, creative AI platforms, and ethical dimensions within a single analytical framework. These findings offer a holistic understanding of the research landscape and serve as a foundation for future technological development and interdisciplinary collaboration in AI-generated graphics.
Tamara Adjuah Uswatun Hasanah Copyright (c) 2025 Tamara Adjuah, Uswatun Hasanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-18 2025-12-18 3 2 79 89 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4218 Adoption of Artificial Intelligence for Human Capital Forecasting on Government Report Dota at SatLinMas under Satpol PP, Indonesia https://journal.angga.us/index.php/jesii/article/view/4396
This study investigates how Generative AI (GenAI) can be employed as a methodological innovation to extract and analyze human-capital information from fragmented Satlinmas and Satpol PP administrative reports across Indonesian regions. Using a three-phase AI-enabled process—comprising automated text extraction, competency clustering, and scenario-based manpower forecasting—the research reveals structural human-capital challenges, including uneven manpower distribution, aging volunteer-based personnel, limited training access, and the absence of standardized competency documentation. The competency mapping identifies three dominant capability clusters: operational patrol and event security, disaster-response capacity, and community mediation. Experimental scenario testing demonstrates that even qualitative, text-derived indicators can support directional manpower projections, showing that regions with high operational intensity benefit most from expanded training and digital reporting, while aging rural units require targeted recruitment strategies. Beyond generating these insights, the study contributes to the broader discourse on AI adoption by illustrating how GenAI can serve as both a diagnostic tool and an analytic engine in low-data public-sector environments. While findings remain constrained by inconsistent reporting formats and the absence of formal HR datasets, this research provides a replicable framework for future scholars seeking to integrate AI into human-capital planning and institutional capacity building within safeguarding and governance institutions.
Daniel Karim Muna Fatimah Copyright (c) 2025 Daniel Karim, Muna Fatimah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-01-01 2026-01-01 3 2 90 101 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4396 Analysis of User Satisfaction with The Portalsia Website Based on The Webqual 4.0 Model https://journal.angga.us/index.php/jesii/article/view/4392
The purpose of this study is to apply the WebQual 4.0 technique to assess user satisfaction with the academic PortalSIA UINSU website. In addition to a measurement for overall user satisfaction, the study concentrates on the three main components of the framework: usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. 24 enrolled students in the Information Systems study program were given a survey as part of a quantitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that while overall User Satisfaction scored 3.71 (Good), the scores for the underlying quality dimensions were mixed. Usability received a score of 3.51 (Good), and Information Quality scored 3.36 (Fair). The lowest score was for Service Interaction Quality at 2.92 (Fair), identifying it as the primary area of concern. Key issues contributing to this include slow system speed, delays in academic data updates (such as grades and GPA), and the absence of a direct feedback mechanism. The study concludes that the PortalSIA website is generally accepted but requires significant improvements in technical responsiveness and user communication channels to enhance the user experience fully. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the WebQual 4.0 model in providing a structured and objective assessment for evaluating web-based academic systems.
Muhammad Alvin Nurrahman Muhammad Irwan Padli Nasution Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Alvin Nurrahman, Muhammad Irwan Padli Nasution https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-20 2025-12-20 3 2 102 109 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4392 Implementation of MOORA in the Decision Support System for Shopee's Best Ad Keywords using Looker Studio https://journal.angga.us/index.php/jesii/article/view/4398
In an increasingly competitive digital era, PT Soka Cipta Niaga is required to optimize its marketing strategy through marketplace platforms such as Shopee. One of the main challenges in carrying out a marketing strategy on Shopee is the selection of the right keywords, because it can affect product visibility and the effectiveness of advertising costs. This study aims to help the process by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method in the decision support system. The MOORA method was chosen because it is able to evaluate various alternatives by objectively considering the criteria that are beneficial (benefit) and unprofitable (cost). The development of the system is carried out through structured stages using the waterfall approach, with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation in the form of a dashboard looker studio, to the testing process using black box testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The result of this research is in the form of an interactive dashboard that not only displays keyword performance, but also provides the best keyword recommendations with three advanced groupings, namely prioritize and improve by 20%, maintain, and re-evaluate/reduce, based on the results of the MOORA method ranking. This system has been proven to provide more objective and consistent results compared to manual evaluations. Thus, this system can help PT Soka Cipta Niaga's digital marketing division in making decisions related to the selection of the best keywords more optimally.
Elsa Kirana Artha Mefia Yogi Saputra Nana Suryana Popon Dauni Erwin Teguh Arujisaputra Copyright (c) 2025 Elsa Kirana Artha Mefia, Yogi Saputra, Nana Suryana, Popon Dauni; Erwin Teguh Arujisaputra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-01-01 2026-01-01 3 2 110 120 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4398 Web-Based Information System for International Competition Registration https://journal.angga.us/index.php/jesii/article/view/4409
The management of international student competitions in higher education institutions often faces challenges related to fragmented registration processes, manual data handling, and inefficient submission management. The findings indicate that digital information systems in Indonesia demonstrate strong utilization in terms of user participation and technology adoption, particularly through mobile-based access. These results confirm that digital technologies have become an essential part of daily activities and function as mainstream infrastructures at the national level. However, the analysis also reveals that infrastructure readiness and supporting processes have developed at a slower pace compared to user adoption and technological access. This imbalance may limit the effectiveness and consistency of digital information system utilization, despite high levels of access. From a People–Process–Technology perspective, the people and technology dimensions appear relatively strong, while the process dimension represents the primary constraint. Overall, the study concludes that effective utilization of digital information systems requires balanced development across people, process, and technology dimensions to fully maximize the benefits of widespread digital adoption in Indonesia.
Eka Wulansari Ahsani Takwim Copyright (c) 2025 Eka Wulansari, Ahsani Takwim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-12-25 2025-12-25 3 2 133 142 10.31848/jesii.v3i2.4410
